Two Acre Queen Anne Estate in Walkable Decatur

Lovely residence with historic registration. It is comfortable and well appointed with good flow for company. The street is busy, but there is a nice yard with ample parking inside the perimeter. Good neighborhood for walking and/or running. Great eateries nearby and close to downtown Decatur. Walking distance to Agnes Scott College.

Spacious home with verrry comfortable beds. Easy walk to Oakhurst village and downtown Decatur. Would book again!

This is a gorgeous home! We so enjoyed our stay. The hosts were responsive and helpful. Thanks so much for everything and we will definitely come back here again if the need arises.

House was excellent

The inside of this home is absolutely wonderful! It's spotless clean, spacious and has super comfortable beds & a well appointed kitchen & baths. The surrounding neighborhood is lovely & we felt completely safe. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of the exterior of the home. The outside is definitely in need of a little maintenance. There are two large planters that have collapsed & spilled dirt all around, the white lanterns are all tattered & torn and several were strewn about the yard, a string of lights was falling down around the firepit, and the rocker on the back porch has a broken seat so not comfy to sit in. We also found dirty diapers around the outdoor trash bin when we arrived. All that being said...the INSIDE of this home is AMAZING! I only tell these things because we were a little shocked and concerned UNTIL we walked inside. It was nearly 100* during our stay so we didn't spend much time outside anyway so it worked perfectly for our stay. We went to several restaurants and coffee shops downtown & in Oakhurst and all were only a few minutes drive.
