Welcome to Atlanta Airbnbs! Before you proceed with booking your accommodation, please carefully read and understand the following Terms and Conditions. By using our platform and making a reservation, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Booking and Payments:

All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by the accommodation host.

Guests must provide accurate and complete payment details during the booking process.

The full payment or a specified deposit is required to confirm a reservation. An additional $1000 hold will be put on your card within 24 hours of check in. It will be released seven days after the day of check out.

Cancellation and Refunds:

Guests can receive a full refund if they cancel their reservation up to 30 days prior to the start date of their stay.

No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 30 days of the start date of the reservation.

Check-in and Check-out:

Guests must adhere to the check-in and check-out times specified by the host.

Failure to vacate the property on time may result in additional charges.

Guest Responsibilities:

Guests are responsible for maintaining the property in the condition it was received.

Any damages caused by guests or their invitees must be reported to the host immediately, and guests may be held liable for repair or replacement costs.

Property Rules:

Guests must comply with all rules and regulations provided by the host, including but not limited to noise restrictions, smoking policies, and pet guidelines.

Hosting parties, events, or gatherings without prior host approval may result in additional charges or immediate eviction.

Safety and Security:

Guests are responsible for their safety and security during their stay.

Hosts may not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or losses incurred during the guest's stay.

Personal Belongings:

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any lost or stolen items.

Guest Conduct:

Guests are expected to treat the property, host, and neighbors with respect and courtesy.

Any inappropriate behavior, harassment, or illegal activities will not be tolerated and may lead to immediate termination of the reservation.

Complaints and Disputes:

Guests should address any concerns or complaints directly with the host to attempt a resolution.

Indemnification:

Guests agree to indemnify and hold Atlanta Airbnbs harmless against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from their use of the platform and accommodation.

Modifications and Updates:

Atlanta Airbnbs reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on the website.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dekalb County. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dekalb County
